Find the fuse-box access points and selected electrical circuits for the Volvo S60. Use the interactive index and table below to identify the circuit, then compare it with the label fitted to your own vehicle.
Covered version. Model year 2021: selected fuses under the glovebox. Equipment and market variants differ. This table excludes engine-compartment and cargo-area fuses, including 12 V socket assignments. It is not a guide to every generation or to high-voltage circuits.
Fuse box access
The covered fuse box is beneath the glovebox. Use the access and removal instructions in the linked handbook for your steering configuration. Other Volvo fuse boxes use separate numbering; identify this box before following a reference.
Interactive circuit index
Hover, focus or tap a button to highlight its description. These buttons are a circuit index, not a drawing of the physical fuse positions. Only the circuits listed below are covered.

Selected fuse assignments
Optional circuits apply only when the equipment is fitted. Match both the rating and physical type. Entries marked “workshop replacement” require workshop service according to Volvo.

What to check first
Diagnostic socket: 20 (10 A); centre display: 21 (5 A); USB hub: 23 (5 A). The front climate fan uses 22 (40 A) and the amplifier 37 (40 A); both are MCase fuses requiring workshop replacement. A failed screen can have more than one supply, so confirm the fault before replacing anything.
Replacing a fuse safely
Park the car, switch off the ignition and electrical consumers, and follow the matching handbook. Remove only an identified, accessible fuse. Fit the same physical type and specified current rating. Never bridge a fuse or increase its rating. If it fails again, stop and diagnose the underlying fault.
Frequently asked questions
Does this fit every model year?
No. Check the generation, handbook edition, steering position, engine and equipment. A familiar model name or an identical fuse number is not enough to confirm a match.
Where are the relays and omitted circuits?
Use the vehicle-specific workshop wiring information for relay positions, main protection and circuits omitted from this selection. An empty fuse position is not a confirmed accessory feed. Safety-system and high-voltage work requires the correct professional procedure.
